Jason Quirk

Jason started JAYQ Plastering 34 years ago and quickly harnessed a passion for insurance work. He expanded first into Painting and grew
the business from there.
JAYQ rebranded as JAYQ Plaster and Trades in 2020.

Luke Stow

Supervisor

With 3 years’ experience in electrical work, Luke joined JAYQ in 2024 as a Junior Supervisor where he has managed many projects and, in less than a year, progressed to Supervisor.

Dylan Quirk

Dylan joined the family business in 2012 and has gained over 10 years’ plastering experience before becoming JAYQ’s General Manager 3 years ago.

Ryan Quirk

4 years plastering experience since joining JAYQ in 2017, prepared Ryan for his Supervisor and Estimator roles which he has held for 4 years.

Kylie Brady

Finance

Kylie has over 20 years experience working in accounts and payroll, in all industries from construction to retail.
She has been a crucial member of the JAYQ team since 2016.

Blade Baxter

Operations Manager

With 12 years carpentry experience and the last 4 years in construction and project management, Blade joined JAYQ as Operations Manager in 2023.

Senior Supervisor

Adam Read

Adam joined JAYQ in 2025, making him the newest member of our team. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his 19 years of plastering and 4 years project management experience.

She joined JAYQ in 2023.

With 15 years experience in plastering and 4 years’ experience in estimating and project management, Steve has been a pivotal part of JAYQ since 2008
